Krakow's High5ive office building has gained a new tenant. It is the Polish software engineering company Spyrosoft. The company plans to move into its new headquarters, which will be about 2,000 sqm, in March 2022. Located on Pawia Street in Krakow, the High5ive complex includes five office buildings. Together they will provide about 70,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants will be provided with underground parking spaces, infrastructure for cyclists, as well as many other amenities such as stores, restaurants, service outlets and a public basketball court. Spyrosoft, which chose the High5ive complex for its new headquarters, is a provider of software services. Its offices are located in Poland, the United Kingdom, Germany, Croatia, the United States and India. It will be headquartered in High5ive's Krakow office building, with about 2,000 sqm of space. The company plans to move into it in March 2022.
Located on Grunwaldzka Street in Gdansk, the Wave office building has received an important certificate that evaluates the environmental performance of buildings. The Wave office building in Gdansk has received the prestigious LEED Core&Shell certification at the Platinum level. The LEED system was created by the independent U.S. Green Building Council and evaluates the environmental impact of buildings. The certification looks at, among other things, energy savings, reduction of water consumption or carbon dioxide emissions. The Wave investment managed to achieve certification at this level thanks to the use of a number of green solutions. The office building uses electricity from renewable energy sources, mainly hydroelectric power plants. On the Grunwaldzka Avenue side, Wave has an anti-smog walkway made of green concrete. In addition, the building uses more than 30 percent less electricity, and water savings can exceed 40 percent. Wave has also been designed in accordance with WELL certification guidelines, which assesses the impact of space on the health and well-being of employees. Located on Grunwaldzka Street, the Wave office building offers about 24,800 sqm of leasable space. The building was designed by the medusa group studio.
Construction work has begun on the next building included in the New Market complex. Building E is expected to be ready in the second quarter of 2023. Construction has started on a new fourteen-story office building that is part of Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex. Building E will offer about 28,500 sqm of rentable office space. In addition, 234 parking spaces will be available to tenants. The design of the office building was prepared by the JEMS Architekci studio. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May 2023. Building E will be located at the intersection of Wierzbięcice and Matya streets, 111 meters from Building D, which is under construction. The Nowy Rynek complex is being built in the Wilda district of Poznań. It will consist of five buildings with different functionalities. Nowy Rynek will provide approximately 60,000 sqm of office space and 20,000 sqm of residential space. Eventually, employees and residents of the complex will be given a central marketplace connecting all buildings, which will include green islands, a fountain, small architecture and vegetation.
City Forum has been selected as the new Wroclaw headquarters of Bank Millenium. The move is planned for the fourth quarter of this year. Bank Millenium has decided to change its headquarters in Wroclaw. The move to a space designed according to the latest trends will take place in the fourth quarter of 2021. The headquarters will be located in the City Forum office building. Employees will use hot desks, i.e. positions that are not assigned to one person. There will be shared relaxation areas, kitchens and 32 meeting rooms. Located on Trauguta Street, City Forum offers a total of 24,0000 sqm of leasable space. It consists of two Class A office buildings: City 1 and City 2. Between the buildings there is open space with attractively landscaped greenery and a relaxation zone. Tenants can also use underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists.
Two office buildings in Warsaw's Neopark complex have changed hands. The modern buildings now belong to the Amundi Real Estate fund. The Amundi Real Estate fund has bought two office buildings that are part of the Neopark complex. Located in Warsaw's Sluzewiec district, the buildings were commissioned three years ago, and are 100 percent commercialized. The previous owner of the complex was Yareal. Located in the dynamically developing part of Mokotów, the complex provides the market with a total of 24,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, 600 parking spaces and 140 bicycle stands are available to tenants. Environmentally friendly solutions were used in the construction of the office buildings, as confirmed by the BREEAM ecological certificate with an Excellent rating. Warsaw's Royal Wilanów office building has gained two new tenants. They are the companies LUX MED and Hilti. The commercialization level of the Royal Wilanów building located in Warsaw has reached one hundred percent. This was due to two new tenants - LUX MED and Hilti. LUX MED is another medical facility, after Medicover clinic and Office Doctor team, which decided to locate in the Wilanów office building. Hilti, on the other hand, whose new headquarters will be over 2,600 sqm, is an international company that offers services, equipment and software for the construction industry. Located on Klimczak Street, the Royal Wilanów office building offers nearly 37,000 sqm of usable space, most of which, at nearly 26,000 sqm, is Class A+ office space. The building also features retail and service space located on three levels, as well as over 900 parking spaces.
An important BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level has been awarded to the Skyliner skyscraper located in Warsaw's Wola district. The Skyliner office building, the second tallest building in Warsaw, has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The certificate attests to the use of many environmentally friendly solutions, such as an energy-efficient system of high-speed elevators with regenerative drive and automatic outdoor lighting switched off at night. The office building was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio in accordance with the idea of sustainable development. As assured by the general contractor, Warbud S.A., procedures limiting the negative impact on the environment were applied already at the construction stage. The 195-meter-tall Skyliner office building provides 45,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. The building is located in Warsaw's Wola district in the Central Business District. It offers 440 parking spaces to its tenants, as well as bicycle infrastructure that includes showers, locker rooms and parking spaces.
A BREEAM In-Use certificate with a rating of Very good, confirming the buildings' environmental performance, has been awarded to two Bolero Office Park office buildings. Two Bolero Office Park buildings located at 4 Równoległa Street in Warsaw have been awarded BREEAM In-Use certificates with a rating of Very good. The system certifies existing buildings to confirm that sustainable practices have been implemented to improve property management, reduce energy and water consumption and environmentally friendly waste management. Bolero Office Park's office buildings received top marks in the categories of waste, ecology, transportation and health and well-being. The Bolero Office Park office and technology complex is located in the vicinity of the WKD station, allowing quick access to the city center. The location also has the advantage of being close to the airport and Warsaw's main exit routes. The complex belongs to Bolero Investments Sp. z o. o. and Bolero Investments 2 Sp. z o. o., which are part of the Real Management S.A. holding company.
Construction of the first phase of the Brain Park office complex has begun in Krakow. The project will offer more than 43,000 sqm of office space, as well as 10,000 sqm of green space around the buildings. Construction of the first stage of the Brain Park project has started. Located on Aleja Pokoju Street, the complex of buildings will provide 43,000 sqm of leasable office space to the market. The Kraków-based investment includes three ten-story office buildings. Tenants will have 485 parking spaces, charging stations for bicycles, scooters and electric cars, as well as parking spaces for cyclists. In addition, there will be 10,000 sqm of green space around the buildings. Designed by Cracow-based BE DDJM Architekci studio, the complex is also expected to offer additional amenities, such as a table tennis area, chess tables, swings and a street workout area. The first phase of the complex is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2022.
After 14 months of construction work, the K2 office building in Gdynia has reached its target height. The work is scheduled to be completed later this year.
