The Warsaw UNIT skyscraper, located at Daszyńskiego Roundabout in Warsaw's Wola district, is a unique building in Poland that has earned the highest possible level of WELL Core certification - Platinum. But what exactly does this mean? WELL building certification is an international standard developed by the International WELL Building Institute (IWBI) to assess the quality of a building's indoor environment. The goal of this standard is to promote the health and well-being of occupants by implementing measures to improve air quality, lighting, acoustics, humidification, thermal comfort and other aspects of the working or living environment.
