Freightliner PL Sp. z o.o. has decided to extend its lease agreement for 1,200 square meters of office space at the International Business Center complex in Warsaw. KWS Polska Sp. z o.o. has leased approximately 500 sqm of office space in a new office building called Giant Office in Poznan. American bank BNY Mellon with huge office in Wroclaw, Poland

20,300 sqm of office space will be available to BNY Mellon employees in a new office located in the Centrum Południe office complex in Wrocław. This is the largest lease in the city since 2020. The total usable area of Centrum Południe is about 85,000 sqm, and already 93% of the office space has been leased. BNY Mellon plans to increase its workforce in the coming years and wants to provide its employees with a modern and sustainable work environment. The bank will move into the building in April 2024.

Genuine Parts Company sets its sights on Krakow's Lubicz Park

US-based Genuine Parts Company (GPC) has signed an agreement to lease office space at Lubicz Park B in Krakow. GPC's new Global Technology Center office in Krakow will cover 1,500 sqm and plans to employ more than 200 engineers. The Krakow branch of GPC is an important part of this international company. Lubicz Park B is a modern Class A building located in the center of Krakow.

Skyliner with new leases

Warsaw's Skyliner office building has attracted new tenants, including brokerage house Noble Securities, medical equipment supplier Werfen Polska and renewable energy company Greenville. Their offices will occupy a total of 1,358 sq.m. of space. Skyliner, one of the tallest buildings in Poland, is gaining interest, with 80% of its office space already leased. Boeing with a huge office in Rzeszów's SkyRes

Nearly 6,600 sqm of space has been leased by Boeing in the SkyRes Class A office building located on Warszawska Street in Rzeszów.
