Warsaw's Skyliner office building has attracted new tenants, including brokerage house Noble Securities, medical equipment supplier Werfen Polska and renewable energy company Greenville. Their offices will occupy a total of 1,358 sq.m. of space.
Skyliner, one of the tallest buildings in Poland, is gaining interest, with 80% of its office space already leased. The building will soon be fully filled with tenants. This is further confirmation that well-managed and energy-efficient buildings continue to attract tenants.
