Modernization of Marynarska Point 1 office building completed

The Marynarska Point 1 office building, located on Postępu Street in Warsaw, has just undergone significant modernization. The building offers a total of more than 13,000 sqm of office space, spread over 10 floors. The completed modernization of the building included: Renovation of elevator vestibules along with installation of energy-efficient lighting control systems, tiles, intercoms and fire doors were replaced, and decorations consisting of live flowers were installed on the building's walls. The building's main lobby also underwent a significant metamorphosis, where, in addition to aesthetic changes, eco-friendly lighting was installed and cooling and heating systems were replaced. Marynarska Ponit 1 is BREEAM In-Use certified at the Very Good level.

Santander Bank opens first Workcafe outlet in Łódź

Bayer extends lease agreement at Olivia Centre

Bayer Global Business Services, which occupies nearly 4,200 sqm of space in Olivia Center, has decided to extend its lease for another five years. The company has four floors at its disposal in the Olivia Tower building, which is part of the Olivia Center complex. Olivia Business Centre is one of the largest and most modern office complexes on the map of Tri-City. It was located on one of the main transportation routes, which guarantees it a comfortable location from the perspective of tenants and their partners.

Archicom with new office at MidPoint71

Archicom has decided to lease a new office to facilitate the company's growth and scale its team. The company's managers have decided on the MidPoint7 office building, located at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław. The company's employees will have 3,900 sqm of space at their disposal. The P180 office building is located in the vicinity of the Wilanowska subway station, which boasts excellent transportation options for employees and guests of its tenants. The building consists of 15 floors above ground and offers a total of approximately 32,000 sqm of space.

Office furniture manufacturer moves into Lodz's Textorial Park

My Place II sold

The Moje Miejsce II office building, located in Warsaw, was sold by Echo Investment for €45 million. The buyer was the Czech real estate fund Trigea Real Estate Fund. The office building offers just under 17,000 sqm of space. Among its tenants in the building are companies such as Tchibo and NetWorks. My Place II has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

TomTom changes the location of its Lodz office

The international company TomTom has decided to relocate its Lodz office. Employees of the company, which specializes in geolocation technology, have moved into the Brama Miasta complex.
