Quickwork will launch its first premium office in Wroclaw's Quorum complex. The Polish company is launching a new quality of serviced offices, and the said development will be their first in the building. Tenants will have 1,700 sqm of modern office space at their disposal, including an operator-operated reception desk, conference rooms, kitchen, canteen and private offices.
The boutique office building Wspólna 47/49 is now fully leased. More than 4,000 sqm were leased in the office building last year, with companies such as Enervigo and the Future for Ukraine Foundation joining its tenants. Thus, 100% of the commercial space in the building is already leased.
