OTCF has moved into The Park Kraków

OTCF, which owns the 4F brand, moved into The Park Krakow complex in January. The company has 8,200 sqm of space at its disposal and has occupied 4 floors of the building. A kindergarten will be built in the Silesia Star office building

The bilingual kindergarten and nursery Kids&Co will start operating in Katowice's Silesia Star office complex from September. KIDS&Co will have 420 sqm of space at its disposal. Marynarska Business Park with new tenants

The existing tenants of the Marynarska Business Park complex, namely Ford Polska occupying more than 1,000 sqm of office space and Accord Healthcare Polska having 860 sqm at its disposal, are extending their current contracts and staying in the location for the next few years. Two companies are joining the tenants of the complex. $50 sqm of office space will be occupied by NewCold, while as much as 4,000 sqm will be at the disposal of a tenant who remains confidential for the moment. Marynarska Business Park is a complex of 4 office buildings with a total usable area of 46,000 sqm. It received a BREEAM in Use certificate of Excellente in 2015.

Siili Solutions moves its Wroclaw headquarters to Quorum complex

Finland-based technology company Siili Solutions is moving its Wroclaw headquarters to the Quorum D building. More than 1,000 sqm of office space will be available to the company's employees. The Quorum D office building, located in the center of Wroclaw, offers more than 16,200 sqm of Class A office space. The entire Quorum complex is already about 70% leased.

Infinity will soon offer its users access to a wide range of services

The retail and service space, located on the partner, Infinity office building in Wroclaw, has already been almost fully leased. KPMG moves to Monopolis office building

KPMG will have the entire eleventh floor of the Monopolis office building, located at 62 Kopcińskiego St. in Lodz, at its disposal. Equal Business Park tenants stay longer

Katowice's .KTW II with BREEAM certification

The Bolero Office Point 2 building, previously owned by Real Management S.A., has been sold to the Interpierre Europe Centrale fund, an SCPI managed by PAREF Gestion. Bolero Office Point 2 is an office and technology building completed in 2020. It consists of 3 floors that offer a total of 1,945 sqm of office space.
