Marynarska Business Park with new tenants
The existing tenants of the Marynarska Business Park complex, namely Ford Polska occupying more than 1,000 sqm of office space and Accord Healthcare Polska having 860 sqm at its disposal, are extending their current contracts and staying in the location for the next few years. Two companies are joining the tenants of the complex. $50 sqm of office space will be occupied by NewCold, while as much as 4,000 sqm will be at the disposal of a tenant who remains confidential for the moment.
Marynarska Business Park is a complex of 4 office buildings with a total usable area of 46,000 sqm. It received a BREEAM in Use certificate of Excellente in 2015.
