Demolition of Atrium International Business Center begins

Demolition work has begun on the Atrium International Business Center, built in 1994-1995, located at the intersection of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. In its place will be built the 34+ story Upper One office building. The new complex will consist of a skyscraper reaching 131.5 meters, offering about 35,900 sqm of office space. The complex also includes a planned hotel, whose building will be 55 meters. The development is expected to be ready in 2026.

Accenture to move into Gdansk Wave

Consulting firm Accenture will move into the eighth floor of the Wave office building in Gdansk. About 100 of the company's employees will work in an area of more than 1,000 sqm. The Wave office building features pro-environmental and innovative solutions, which have been certified by LEED Interior Design. The Gdansk building has a total area of about 25,000 sqm.

PwC moves to .KTW II office building

PwC, a global leader among consulting firms, currently employs more than 1,600 people in Silesia and Opole regions. Each year, the company's team in the region increases by about 30%. The PwC Service Delivery Center has occupied nine floors in the .KTW II building, with a total area of more than 12,500 sqm. The entire .KTW complex consists of two buildings offering 58,000 sqm of office space and 3,700 sqm of retail space.

Rondo 1 skyscraper with new tenant

French developer Bouygues Immobilier has moved its headquarters to the Rondo 1 skyscraper located in the center of Warsaw. The company has moved into the 24th floor of one of the greenest buildings in our nation's capital, and as of January will additionally open its main sales office, which will be located on the first floor of the office building.

Three tenants extend contracts with Bolero Office Point 1

Three companies have extended their lease agreements at Bollero Office Ponit 1, part of the Boler Office Park complex located at 4 Równoległa Street in Warsaw. Among the companies mentioned, is ArchiDoc, which offers services in the area of digitization of BPO business processes, document management and comprehensive back-office services, with about 900 sqm of office space at its disposal. Another tenant extending its lease for space of about 1,350 sqm is Voice Contact Center, which specializes in the area of customer experience. The third entity extending its presence at Bolero Office Point, where it occupies about 800 sqm, is MerServices, which is engaged in optimizing processes and supporting the sales processes of its clients. Bolero Office Point 1 is a seven-story Class B+ office building. It offers its tenants 11,300 sqm of leasable space. The building has received a BREEAM In-Use certificate at the "Very Good" level.

Ground Frost Outsourcing a new tenant of Synergia Business Center

More than 300 sqm of office space will go without Ground Frost Outsourcing. The company, which operates in the field of human resources and accounting services, will move its headquarters to the Synergia Business Center complex located on Kosciuszko Avenue in Lodz.

Mostostal stays for longer in Warsaw's Development Park

Mostostal, which is a leader in the construction industry, is extending its lease agreement at the Development Park located in Warsaw's Mokotow district. The company will continue to occupy more than 3,000 sqm of the building at 12 Konstruktorska Street. Park Rozwoju is the greenest Class A office complex in Warsaw's business district of Mokotów. Consisting of two 7-story buildings with a total area of 34,000 sqm.

Business Garden Wroclaw expands its tenant base

VSB Energie Odnawialne Polska, SmartBear Software, IDOM and Jabil Poland have become new tenants of Business Garden Wrocław office space. The mentioned entities have leased a total of more than 4,200 sqm of space in the complex located on Legnicka Street. Business Garden are modern business parks operating in Warsaw, Wroclaw and Poznan. The complexes offer extensive infrastructure for users, and a number of amenities for employees. All three complexes are LEED Platinum certified.

Vaillant Group with new office in Katowice's .KTW I

German company Vaillant, which has been operating on the Polish market for 30 years, is opening its second office in our country. Expanding its IT and Data, Business Intelligence & Analytics departments, the Vaillant Group has leased 900 sqm of space in Katowice's .KTW I office building. Ultimately, the company is to move to the .KTW II building where it will occupy 1,400 sqm of office space.

Orange a new tenant of V.Offices in Krakow

Krakow's V.Offices office building located on November 29 Avenue is one of the most environmentally friendly buildings in our country. Offering more than 21,400 sqm of space, the building offers, among other things, charging facilities for electric cars, as well as bicycle stations and sanitary facilities for cyclists. The office building has received BREEM , "Internatlional New Construction" certification at the Outstanding level, with a score of 98.87%. As of October 2022, more than 2,000 sqm has been occupied by Orange, a leader in the Polish fixed-line telephony, Internet and data transmission market.
