Demolition of Atrium International Business Center begins
Demolition work has begun on the Atrium International Business Center, built in 1994-1995, located at the intersection of Jana Pawła II Avenue and Grzybowska Street. In its place will be built the 34+ story Upper One office building.
The new complex will consist of a skyscraper reaching 131.5 meters, offering about 35,900 sqm of office space. The complex also includes a planned hotel, whose building will be 55 meters.
The development is expected to be ready in 2026.
