Develia has signed a preliminary agreement for the sale of Warsaw's Wola Retro office building with WR Office, a company owned by an investment fund managed by Adventum Group. The amount of the transaction was set at €69.8 million. The Wola Retro office complex consists of three buildings connected to historic buildings. The Warsaw office complex offers a total of 25,000 sqm of office space.

Ocean Office Park has enriched the skyline of Krakow's Zablocie district

The Ocean Office Park office complex will eventually offer 52.6 thousand sqm of total leasable space and 3 thousand sqm of service space. The development will include more than 850 parking spaces, more than 90 percent of which will be available in underground garages. Green areas will account for 6.7 thousand sq. m. of the total development area. In recent days, the largest building of the said complex has enriched the skyline of Krakow's Zablocie with the erection of the circular structure of Building D. It will offer more than 4,700 sqm of office space located on five floors above ground. Starting this September, SALESmanago, among others, will move into the building.

FutureMeds to move into Wroclaw's Infinity office building

FutureMeds, which specializes in conducting clinical trials of new drugs, joins the tenants of the Infinity office building. Established in 2019, the company currently has 12 medical facilities located in Poland, the UK, Bulgaria and Ukraine. The modern medical centers owned by FutureMeds specialize in conducting clinical trials of new drugs and therapies on behalf of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies. FutureMeds will occupy a total of 1,100 sqm of office space, of which 500 sqm will be used to arrange the company's new medical clinic, while 600 sqm will be used as office space for employees. The Infinity office building, currently under construction, will be a seven-story Class A office building that will offer 18,727 sqm of office space and 1,561 sqm of retail and service space. The office building will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, as well as WELL Health-Safety certified for its high standard of safety procedures.

FLE SICAV FIS fund buys Warsaw's Kopernik Office Buildings

The FLE SICAV FIS fund managed by PLE GmbH has bought its fifth office property in our country. Kopernik Office Buildings is located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw. The complex includes 5 office buildings constructed between 2001 and 2007, with a total area of 25,000 sqm. The buildings have received BREEAM certification at the ,,Very Good" and ,,Excellent" levels. The seller of the building complex was one of the largest capital and asset management companies in the world, DWS.

More tenants in Wola Center

Three more contracts have been signed for the lease of office space in Warsaw's Wola Center building. The District Court in Warsaw, Maritime Agency Gdynia and Hines Polska will together have more than 2,900 sqm at their disposal. The District Court in Warsaw, which has been a tenant in the building since last May, has decided to increase its space by nearly 2,000 sqm and will have a total of about 1,750 sqm at its disposal. Gdynia Maritime Agency will move into the seventh floor of the building, where it will occupy about 145 sqm of space. The third tenant, Hines Polska, will have office space of about 780 sqm on the eleventh floor of the building and 50 sqm of warehouse space in the building's basement. Wola Center has a BREEAM In-Use , "Outstanding" certificate. The building includes office space, as well as coworking space, retail and service establishments, an elegant patio, green terraces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. Tenants can also use a two-level parking lot with 319 spaces. The entire complex offers a total of 34,930 sqm of office and retail space. Wola Center is located at 33 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw's Wola district.

Its construction took 2.5 years and was the culmination of an entire office complex project called .KTW. It includes two buildings. The tower of the .KTW II building has 31 floors above ground and three underground levels. The building offers 39,900 sqm of office space and 2,100 sqm of space for retail and service units. In recent days, the building lived to see its official opening. Among the tenants with contracts already signed are companies such as Ammega, SD Worx, Panattoni Europe, PwC Service Delivery Center and LKQ Europe.
