Three more contracts have been signed for the lease of office space in Warsaw's Wola Center building.
The District Court in Warsaw, Maritime Agency Gdynia and Hines Polska will together have more than 2,900 sqm at their disposal.
The District Court in Warsaw, which has been a tenant in the building since last May, has decided to increase its space by nearly 2,000 sqm and will have a total of about 1,750 sqm at its disposal.
Gdynia Maritime Agency will move into the seventh floor of the building, where it will occupy about 145 sqm of space.
The third tenant, Hines Polska, will have office space of about 780 sqm on the eleventh floor of the building and 50 sqm of warehouse space in the building's basement.
Wola Center has a BREEAM In-Use , "Outstanding" certificate. The building includes office space, as well as coworking space, retail and service establishments, an elegant patio, green terraces and extensive infrastructure for cyclists. Tenants can also use a two-level parking lot with 319 spaces. The entire complex offers a total of 34,930 sqm of office and retail space. Wola Center is located at 33 Przyokopowa Street in Warsaw's Wola district.
