Ocean Office Park has enriched the skyline of Krakow's Zablocie district

The Ocean Office Park office complex will eventually offer 52.6 thousand sqm of total leasable space and 3 thousand sqm of service space. The development will include more than 850 parking spaces, more than 90 percent of which will be available in underground garages. Green areas will account for 6.7 thousand sq. m. of the total development area.

In recent days, the largest building of the said complex has enriched the skyline of Krakow's Zablocie with the erection of the circular structure of Building D. It will offer more than 4,700 sqm of office space located on five floors above ground. Starting this September, SALESmanago, among others, will move into the building.
