FutureMeds to move into Wroclaw's Infinity office building

FutureMeds, which specializes in conducting clinical trials of new drugs, joins the tenants of the Infinity office building.

Established in 2019, the company currently has 12 medical facilities located in Poland, the UK, Bulgaria and Ukraine. The modern medical centers owned by FutureMeds specialize in conducting clinical trials of new drugs and therapies on behalf of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.

FutureMeds will occupy a total of 1,100 sqm of office space, of which 500 sqm will be used to arrange the company's new medical clinic, while 600 sqm will be used as office space for employees.

The Infinity office building, currently under construction, will be a seven-story Class A office building that will offer 18,727 sqm of office space and 1,561 sqm of retail and service space. The office building will be BREEAM-certified at the Excellent level, as well as WELL Health-Safety certified for its high standard of safety procedures.
