The FLE SICAV FIS fund managed by PLE GmbH has bought its fifth office property in our country.
Kopernik Office Buildings is located on Jerozolimskie Avenue in Warsaw. The complex includes 5 office buildings constructed between 2001 and 2007, with a total area of 25,000 sqm. The buildings have received BREEAM certification at the ,,Very Good" and ,,Excellent" levels.
The seller of the building complex was one of the largest capital and asset management companies in the world, DWS.
