The Equal Business Park office complex, located in Krakow at Wielicka 28 Street, has been nearly 100% leased since its inception. Recently, the building's managers announced a 5-year extension of lease agreements covering a total of more than 5,000 sqm of office space.
The entire complex offers a total of 49,500 sqm of space and is a modern Class A office building. The building's tenants include companies such as Kimberly Clark, Aptiv, EQTek and Integer (InPost). Superior Logistics recently joined the current tenants and will have about 1,200 sqm at its disposal.
