Archicom has decided to lease a new office to facilitate the company's growth and scale its team. The company's managers have decided on the MidPoint7 office building, located at 9 Powstańców Śląskich Street in Wrocław. Archicom will join the ranks of tenants such as PwC, Pyszne.pl, CCC and CitySpace. The company will have over 2,100 sqm of office space at its disposal.

MidPoint71 is a 14-story office building scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022. The building offers a total of nearly 37,000 sqm of office space. MidPoint71 boasts BREEAM Interim certification at the Excellent level.
