Modernization of Marynarska Point 1 office building completed
The Marynarska Point 1 office building, located on Postępu Street in Warsaw, has just undergone significant modernization. The building offers a total of more than 13,000 sqm of office space, spread over 10 floors.
The completed modernization of the building included: Renovation of elevator vestibules along with installation of energy-efficient lighting control systems, tiles, intercoms and fire doors were replaced, and decorations consisting of live flowers were installed on the building's walls. The building's main lobby also underwent a significant metamorphosis, where, in addition to aesthetic changes, eco-friendly lighting was installed and cooling and heating systems were replaced.
Marynarska Ponit 1 is BREEAM In-Use certified at the Very Good level.
