Studio office building gained a new tenant

A company from the financial sector, Unum Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji S.A., will soon move into the Studio office building currently under construction on Lucka Street in Warsaw. The new tenant will occupy three floors out of the available thirteen. The move into the new headquarters is planned for the third quarter of 2024.

In Warsaw's Wola district, on Lucka Street, construction work is underway on an office complex called Studio. It consists of two office buildings. The first phase of the project includes a 14-story building with a total area of 17,600 square meters. Unum Życie Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń i Reasekuracji S.A. will have its headquarters in Studio B. This is another tenant from the financial sector that has decided to lease an office in Skanska's complex, the first being Societe Generale.
