The Studio is a modern, double cascade office skyscraper located in the prestigious Central Business District. It is distinguished by a distinctive ground-floor architecture that gives the impression that the building is levitating. The glass facades hover 20m above the ground and retreat into the depths of the building, and the mass is supported by pillars in the shape of repetitive X letters. The skyscraper reaches 100m in height and has 43,000 sqm of total leasable space. The original architecture and location on a main thoroughfare make the building recognizable and superbly exposed.
