A new office complex in Warsaw is under construction

A new office complex called Studio is under construction in Warsaw's Wola district. Work is underway on the foundations of two buildings, one of which will be ready in Q3 2023.

Warsaw's local office market continues to grow. Another modern building complex is currently under construction in Wola. Work is underway on the foundations of the Studio Building, which will ultimately consist of two office buildings - A and B. This is the first stage of the investment, for which Soletanche Polska is responsible. The Studio B building will be the first to be built and, according to plans, is expected to be ready in the third quarter of 2023.

Studio is a Warsaw office complex that will eventually consist of two office buildings. One of them will reach over 100 meters in height. It will be built as the second phase of the project. The building as a whole will offer future tenants about 43,000 sqm of modern total leasable space. In addition to space for offices, the complex will also include retail and service areas. Tenants will have two underground parking lots and infrastructure for cyclists. In addition, the building has been awarded numerous certifications, including LEED, WELL and WELL Health-Safety Rating.
