Skanska with a new, environmentally friendly solution being used for another project. The company is currently building the Studio office building in downtown Warsaw. Special concrete with a reduced carbon footprint from Bosta-Beton will be used for the building's foundations. This solution will reduceCO2 emissions by about 1,400 tons.
Studio is a Warsaw office skyscraper that reaches over 100 meters in height. It has been located in the city center between two subway stations, namely the UN Roundabout and Daszyńskiego Roundabout. In addition to this office building, another building will be constructed, and the entire complex will provide a total of about 40,000 sqm of leasable space. Tenants will have underground parking spaces for cars and facilities for cyclists.
