You can now see what the facade of the rising Silver skyscraper, located at Andersa Square in Poznań, looks like. This office building, which is the tallest of its kind in Poznan, matches the height of neighboring buildings, including Andersia Tower, among others.
The towering Silver is a skyscraper currently under construction in the heart of Wielkopolska. The project is an investment by Andersia Retail Sp. z o.o., a joint venture between Von der Heyden Group and the City of Poznań. Work is currently underway on the next floors of the office building, and the installation of the facade is underway. PORR S.A. is the general contractor for this project.
Currently, the investment has reached the level of 15 floors, which means that the contractors still have 10 levels left to complete. At the same time, the installation of the glass facade is underway, and work in this area is at the level of the second floor. The skyscraper, which will be 116 meters high, is expected to be completed in mid-2025.
The new office building, with an area of about 40,000 sqm, offers three different types of space.
The first is Palladium, where the floors are 840 sqm each, making it the highest located office space in Poznan. The second zone is Golden, offering floors of 1,565 sqm, which feature the highest technical standards and provide a relaxation area and viewing terrace. The third proposition is Silver, where the floors are 2155 sqm, offering comfortable and flexible service space that can be customized according to needs.
