Two office buildings in Warsaw's Neopark complex have changed hands. The modern buildings now belong to the Amundi Real Estate fund.
The Amundi Real Estate fund has bought two office buildings that are part of the Neopark complex. Located in Warsaw's Sluzewiec district, the buildings were commissioned three years ago, and are 100 percent commercialized. The previous owner of the complex was Yareal.
Located in the dynamically developing part of Mokotów, the complex provides the market with a total of 24,000 sqm of leasable space. In addition, 600 parking spaces and 140 bicycle stands are available to tenants. Environmentally friendly solutions were used in the construction of the office buildings, as confirmed by the BREEAM ecological certificate with an Excellent rating. The architectural design was prepared by JEMS Architekci studio.
