A modern Class A office building is under construction in Bielsko-Biała. Construction will be completed as early as 2023. The Qubb Offices office building, which is being built at 94 Bystrzańska Street in Bielsko-Biała, will be four stories high and will provide its tenants with 3,700 sqm of space. Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (BPBP) is responsible for the construction, while the architectural design was prepared by Archetype Management. The first floor of the office building will be dedicated to retail and service space. Qubb Offices is also to be adapted for medical activities. An underground garage hall offering 37 parking spaces and 70 above-ground parking spaces will be available to tenants. The office building is scheduled for completion in 2023.
INNERGY and drEryk will join the tenants of the Tischner Office building in Krakow. The companies are planning to move in November this year. Two more companies have decided to move to Kraków's Tischnera Office building. In doing so, they have joined Sabre, which has leased nearly 16,000 sqm of space since 2020. In total, Kraków's Tischnera Office offers 34,00 sqm of Class A office space for lease. The new tenants will be drEryk and INNERGY. drEryk is a company that produces software to make doctors' work and clinic management easier. INNERGY, on the other hand, is a transatlantic team formed by Krakow-based software developers and individuals with ties to the construction industry in the US. The move is scheduled for November of this year. The companies will then have 1,200 sqm of office space at their disposal.
The Skysawa skyscraper, which is part of a complex under construction at 36 Swietokrzyska Street in Warsaw, has received the highest rating in the BREEAM scheme. The BREEAM certificate is one of the most widely used methods of verifying the environmental performance of buildings. It analyzes areas such as management of the investment design and construction process, energy consumption, employee health and well-being, environmental pollution, building location and transportation, water and waste management, land use, innovation and ecology. The sum of the scores in each category makes up the final score. Buildings can be certified at the Pass, Good, Very good, Excellent or Outstanding level. The Skysawa skyscraper scored 93.6 points, making it Outstanding. This ensured it the highest score in Poland in the BREEAM International New Construction 2016 scheme. The Skysawa complex is located in the very center of Warsaw. Completion of the first building is scheduled for the third quarter of this year. In total, Skysawa is expected to offer its tenants approximately 34,550 sqm of space.
Fregata Park office complex is under construction in Szczecin's Gumience district. The first building will be ready in 2023. Despite its enormous potential, Szczecin is still struggling with a low office space saturation rate. The answer to the ever-growing demand is the Fregata Park building complex, which is being constructed on Bronowicka Street. The complex will consist of three B+ class office buildings with areas of 5,900 sqm, 4,008 sqm and 5,620 sqm. In total, this gives almost 15,600 sqm of space available to tenants. There will be no shortage of modern solutions, such as covered parking spaces for cyclists and charging stations for electric cars. The comfort of future tenants will also be ensured by 265 parking spaces. Work on the first Fregata Park office building is expected to be completed in 2023.

Wronia 31 is the flagship project of developer Ghelamco, which has been awarded the BREEAM certificate at the highest level of "Outstanding". It is the company's tenth building to hold this renowned license and the second in the history of certification with such a high score in the Polish office market. The project was implemented in accordance with the principles of sustainable construction to maximize user comfort and satisfy future tenants. The Warsaw Hub development will be connected to the Rondo Daszyńskiego subway station. Work on the tunnel ceiling is currently underway, and in a later phase a huge structure and walls protecting the excavation will be built. The sculpture "Gymnast" by Jerzy Kedziora has taken up residence in the lobby of the Q22 office building. Invesco Real Estate, which owns the building, organized a competition in which three works of art took part. Q22 tenants had the deciding vote on the selection of the decorative figure and were inspired by the lightness and dynamism of the "Gymnast." The initiative to erect the sculpture in the building is intended to make the tenants' working environment more pleasant, and is also intended to introduce an aspect of culture and art that blends perfectly with the modern interior. Diamentum Office has acquired two new tenants-Gigaset Communications Poland, a European leader in DECT phones, and Pattonair Poland, a company that supplies the aerospace and defense industry. Both companies lease nearly 3,000 square meters of Class A office space. The commercialization level of the office building is 80 percent, which illustrates its remarkable attractiveness. Long-time tenant of the WTT office building, the AXA Group, is implementing the "You Have the Power" social campaign, which aims to involve the building's employees in possibly helping people in case of sudden cardiac arrest. Three AED defibrillators have been installed inside the building, on the first floor and on the 3rd and 22nd floors. In addition, training in their use has been organized so that future users will be able to act quickly and effectively for the health of others. The defibrillator is fully automatic and easy to use, and more importantly, it is safe for both the rescuer and the victim. The campaign aims to raise awareness among tenants, but also to ensure the well-being of the office building community. Many changes are taking place at WTT, including the installation of new lighting and Wi-Fi in the lobby, as well as the creation of an activity room and dining area. Since 2015, an employee-wellbeing concept has been implemented to meet the real needs of tenants.
