A modern Class A office building is under construction in Bielsko-Biała. Construction will be completed as early as 2023.
The QUBB OFFICES office building, which is being built at 94 Bystrzańska Street in Bielsko-Biała, will be four stories high and will provide its tenants with 3,700 sqm of space. Bielskie Przedsiębiorstwo Budownictwa Przemysłowego (BPBP) is responsible for the construction, while the architectural design was prepared by Archetype Management.
The first floor of the office building will be dedicated to retail and service space. QUBB OFFICES is also to be adapted for medical activities. An underground garage hall offering 37 parking spaces and 70 above-ground parking spaces will be available to tenants. The office building is scheduled for completion in 2023.
