Cushman & Wakefield will be responsible for the sale of Warsaw's "ship", the Zepter Business Center office building. The building is located at 37 Domaniewska Street, on the edge of Mokotow and Sluzewiec districts, and offers 13,000 square meters of office space. The building is characterized by modern and functional interior design, but also convenient location in terms of transport links and main arteries. The architectural design was carried out by the Cypriot firm ZINOSCO in cooperation with the Polish architectural firm GADER. Zepter is an interesting investment product and may soon bring large profits.

The Królewska Center, a building that plays a major role in the capital's office real estate market, will undergo an external upgrade that will last until December 2018. The work is to involve changing the stone cladding of the building's façade to a slab-like material, providing greater thermal efficiency, and is also expected to create an aesthetic impression. Such solutions have been used in modern office buildings in Mumbai, as well as on the outer walls of the headquarters of Wroclaw University of Technology. The current architectural changes are a continuation of the building modifications carried out in previous years. A new parking lot and changing room for cyclists have been created, and a charging station has been made for users of electric cars. The owner of the building is Rezydent S.A., which with the modernization carried out aims to guarantee tenants the durability of the investment.

Echo Investment and EPP have entered into an agreement to sell the second phase of the Symetris Business Park office complex in Lodz, making EPP its owner. Echo's CEO explains the company's profitable growth strategy-their goal is to sell investments right after construction and leasing is completed. For EPP, this means short-term profit, as they prefer to focus on retail properties, according to CEO Hadley Dean. The complex is located on Piłsudskiego Avenue in Łódź. It consists of two buildings with a total area of more than 19,000 square meters leased by Nordea, Philips Polska, TRW Polska, Solar Polska, among others. Each floor contains open space that can be arranged to suit the needs of tenants. The complex has been awarded the BREEAM green certificate.

In the Warsaw Towers office building, a new 120-square-meter business lounge-style common space is to be created on the 1st floor of the building for the comfort of tenants. The rooms will serve as conference rooms, casual spaces for less formal conversations and will host events. The facility's managers, Cushman & Wakefield, are hoping for instant publicity for the new space and to improve the image of their property. Warsaw Towers is located in the very center of Warsaw, right next to Zlote Tarasy and the Palace of Culture and Science, making it an attractive location for investors. The building has 15 floors with a total area of 21,000 square meters in the highest technical standard of Class A. It also has a BREEAM certificate with a rating of 'Excellent' for building management and 'Very Good' for building specifications.

White Stone Development is developing a project to build a modern office building CELEBRO at the intersection of Grójecka, Hynka, Łopuszańska and Aleja Krakowska streets in Warsaw. The total area is expected to be 12,271 square meters, of which 7,150 square meters will be devoted to office space, while nearly 1,000 square meters will be devoted to retail and service units. Celebro will reach 6 floor levels, with each floor having an area of 1,327 square meters. The architectural concept of the building is behind the Authors Architecture Studio Kurylowicz & Associates. NCN has taken over the Moon Office

Moon Office has been purchased for more than 67 million zlotys by the National Science Center, which will occupy the entire space of the office building, or about 5,300 square meters on five floors. The move is expected to take place in the third quarter of 2018, and will house 150 employees. The building itself is equipped with a canteen and numerous conference rooms, and its convenient location near the ICE Krakow Congress Center makes it attractive to many companies. Inside, eco-friendly operating solutions have been used, including led lighting that, thanks to motion sensors, turns off the lights if no one is in the room. In addition, the toilets are flushed with rainwater, and innovative ventilation and air conditioning do not consume much electricity. Confirmation of the building's high quality is the LEED Platinum certification.

Wrocław's Pegaz office building has a new manager, which will expand its real estate portfolio with another complex. The building is located at the intersection of Grabska and Kazimierza Wielkiego streets and offers 20,950 square meters of Class A technical-standard leasable space on six floors. A three-story car garage with 360 parking spaces is available underground. The modern architectural design was developed by Hubka Authors Architecture Studio. Cushman & Wakefield controls more than 100,000 square meters of space in Wroclaw, which has become their first regional market.

Hexagon Group has leased nearly 1,240 square meters of office space in a Lodz office building. The building is undergoing modernization, which includes the creation of a 60-square-meter reception area and upgrading elements of the edifice. The Lodz Business Center is located at the intersection of Piłsudski Avenue and Piotrkowska Street and was built in 2001. The opening of Hexagon's new premises took place on July 16, and they were advised by Colliers International in the transaction process.
