The Królewska Center, a building that plays a major role in the capital's office real estate market, will undergo an external upgrade that will last until December 2018. The work is to involve changing the stone cladding of the building's façade to a slab-like material, providing greater thermal efficiency, and is also expected to create an aesthetic impression. Such solutions have been used in modern office buildings in Mumbai, as well as on the outer walls of the headquarters of Wroclaw University of Technology. The current architectural changes are a continuation of the building modifications carried out in previous years. A new parking lot and changing room for cyclists have been created, and a charging station has been made for users of electric cars. The owner of the building is Rezydent S.A., which with the modernization carried out aims to guarantee tenants the durability of the investment.
