Construction work on Warsaw's Intraco Prime office building has been completed. Reaching the target height was celebrated with the hanging of a symbolic topping out. Intraco Prime is located at 2 Stawki Street in Warsaw. The office building will provide the market with approximately 13,000 sqm of leasable space spread over eight floors above ground. Additionally, three underground levels will be dedicated to a parking lot offering 263 spaces. The office building also has a BREEAM Interim certificate. It certifies that the building meets the highest environmental standards. The Intraco Prime building has reached its target height, which was celebrated with a topping out ceremony. The skyscraper, whose general contractor is Strabag, is now undergoing masonry, insulation and installation work, as well as work on the building's glass and aluminum facade. The office building is scheduled for completion in 2022.
Wrocław's MidPoint 71 office building has gained a new tenant. 3M GSC Poland will move its Business Services Center headquarters to the building, which is under construction on Powstańców Śląskich Street. The American company 3M GSC Poland provides specialized business services to more than 50 countries in EMEA. It is one of the largest foreign employers operating in Wroclaw. With more than 1,200 employees, the company has decided to move its Business Services Center headquarters to the MidPoint 71 office building adjacent to the Sky Tower. Its new office will occupy more than 12,000 sq m of space. The move is scheduled for the first quarter of 2022. The MidPoint 71 office building under construction in Wroclaw will offer about 37,000 sqm of modern space spread over 14 floors above ground. Tenants will also be provided with underground and above-ground parking and infrastructure for cyclists. Construction of the office building, located on Powstańców Śląskich Street, will last until the end of 2021.

Construction of the Waterfornt complex has begun. Budimex has become the general contractor for the second stage of the investment. Gdynia's Waterfront multifunctional complex will be located between Hryniewickiego Street, Waszyngtona Street and Kościuszki Square.
