Giant Office building with important environmental certification

The Giant Office building located on Glogowska Street in Poznań has been awarded the prestigious BREEAM environmental certificate.

The BREEAM certificate is awarded on the basis of assessments of various categories, such as energy efficiency, materials used, waste and water management, for example. Based on these criteria, the environmental performance of the building is verified and a final score is awarded.

The Giant Office building in Poznań received the certificate with a rating of Very good, which testifies to the application of high building standards and the use of many environmentally friendly solutions. These include modern ventilation and air-conditioning systems or green gardens visible from the terraces, which are located on the building's top floors.

Located on Glogowska Street, the office building provides the market with 15,300 sqm of rentable office space. In addition, the building offers retail and service space, as well as two-level underground parking and infrastructure for cyclists.
