Environmental certification for office building of Palio Office Park complex

The Palio Office Park complex building, which was commissioned in February 2021, has received an important environmental certification.

The PALIO A building, which is part of the Palio Office Park complex, has received a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. This certificate is one of the most widely used methods of verifying the environmental performance of buildings. The rating obtained testifies to the use of a number of solutions that favor both employees and the environment.

The Palio Office Park office and service complex is located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. Ultimately, it is to consist of eight buildings with a total area of about 90,000 sqm. In addition to office space, the complex will include sports and relaxation areas, food and beverage establishments, and a kindergarten.

The Polio A building was completed in February 2021, and its tenants include energy company Fortum, which leases nearly 2,000 sqm of space.
