Palio Office Park is a modern, multifunctional complex of office and service buildings under construction in the prestigious Young City area, where history is intertwined with modernity as a result of the revitalization of the shipyard areas. Tenants have at their disposal above- and underground parking spaces and full infrastructure for cyclists. Palio Office Park is located in the Młyniska district adjacent to the city center, along the national road leading towards Warsaw and the A1 highway. The immediate surroundings of the complex are places and objects of great historical significance, around which a new business and cultural center of the city is being created. In addition, in the vicinity there is the Gdańsk Shipyard SA, the Baltic Opera, academic centers, parks, sports complex. The location allows you to take full advantage of Gdansk's retail, service, gastronomic, cultural and hotel offer. The vibrant center provides inspiration and motivation for action, it is also a place for business and social meetings. The location allows efficient transportation, both by public and private transport. Nearby are bus and streetcar stops and the Gdansk Shipyard railroad station. It takes about 5 minutes by car to reach the Gdansk Główny train station, and about 20 minutes to reach the Gdansk Airport.
