Gdansk's Palio Office Park complex with new learning space from Mental Arts

A unique educational space for teenagers will be created in the Palio Office Park office complex in Gdansk. Young people will soon be able to take advantage of a specially tailored coworking space from Mental Arts.

The Palio Office Park office complex has gained a new, unique tenant. Mental Arts, a company dedicated to education aimed at developing students' individual predispositions and the most future-oriented majors, such as business, entrepreneurship, psychology or new technologies, will move into one of the buildings. Mental Arts has decided to launch a special educational coworking space for teenagers in Gdansk's Palio Office Park. It is expected to open later this year, and the development will occupy an area of about 500 sqm.

Palio Office Park is a modern Gdansk building complex located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. The eight buildings that will eventually be constructed as part of the project will provide a total of about 90,000 sqm of multifunctional space. The complex has received the distinction of a BREEAM certificate. Tenants will be provided with above- and underground parking spaces and extensive bicycle infrastructure.
