Kindergarten and nursery in Gdansk's Palio Office Park

A unique tenant in the PALIO A office building in Gdansk, part of the Palio Office Park complex. The building will house a kindergarten and nursery under the Luppo Puppo banner, where it will occupy about 600 sqm of space.

Luppo Puppo is a well-known chain of kindergartens and nurseries in Poland, which chooses shopping malls and office buildings as its locations. The company has decided to open its new location in Gdansk. The new kindergarten and nursery were built in the PALIO A office building, where they took about 600 sqm of space. In addition, a children's playground was created outside especially for this tenant.

Palio Office Park is a modern office complex located in Gdansk on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. It consists of eight office buildings that will offer a total of about 90,000 sqm of modern space with a variety of functions. Tenants will have above- and underground parking spaces and an extensive bicycle infrastructure at their disposal. The building has been awarded a BREEAM certificate.
