The office building that is part of the Palio Office Park complex has gained a new tenant. It is the energy company Fortum.
The energy company Fortum has moved into an office building belonging to the Palio Office Park complex. Its new headquarters is located on the seventh floor of Building A, where Fortum leases nearly 2,000 sqm of space.
Fortum is a Finnish company that sells and distributes natural gas and electricity. It operates in the Nordic and Baltic countries, Russia, Poland and India. It has been present on the Polish market, where it employs nearly 9,000 people, since 2003.
The Palio Office Park complex is located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. It is targeted to include eight buildings, which will provide a total of about 90,000 sqm of space. In addition to office space, the complex will also offer retail and service establishments, a kindergarten, and green relaxation zones on the roof of each building. The PALIO A office building, where Fortum has leased its headquarters, provides about 16,000 sqm of space. It was completed in February 2021.
