Gdansk's Palio Office Park with new dining and entertainment area

Palio Office Park is a Gdansk development offering space for office and service establishments. Now the complex will be enriched with a special space for food and entertainment outlets, which will significantly affect the development of the Young City in Gdansk.

The development of the area around the Palio Office Park complex in Gdansk has started. In the vicinity of the facility, which provides office and service space, an interesting proposal for a modern gastronomic and entertainment space will be created, which will include bars, cafes and restaurants located in premises stylized as containers. In addition, special recreation and relaxation zones will be created around the complex.

Palio Office Park in Gdansk is a unique investment located on the site of the Gdansk Shipyard. The complex will ultimately be a complex of eight buildings with a total area of about 90,000 sqm. This will include both space for offices and retail and service outlets. The building, which boasts a BREEAM certificate, will also offer its tenants above- and underground parking spaces, bicycle infrastructure and plenty of green space.
