The last building of the High5ive complex has reached its target height

The topping out ceremony celebrated the achievement of the target height of the last office building of the High5ive complex. The building is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.

Krakow's High5ive complex will include five Class A office buildings, which will provide a total of more than 70,000 sqm of leasable space. Its construction began in January 2016 and will last until the first quarter of 2022. In addition to office space, the complex will also offer 7,000 sq m of retail and service space, as well as underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists.

High5ive is located on Pawia Street, right next to the Central Station and Galeria Krakowska. Its general contractor is Skanska, and the architectural design was created by NS Moon Studio.

The last office building in the complex has just reached its target height, which was celebrated with a topping-out ceremony. The building will be completed in the first quarter of 2022.
