The Warsaw-based building provides the market with 10,370 sqm of leasable space spread over eight floors above ground. The building has recently been modernized - the reception area and common areas on all floors have been renovated.

AXN Poland stays in Luzycka Office Park complex

AXN Poland will remain a tenant of Luzycka Office Park until 2026. The company has been based in the complex since 2010. AXN has extended its office lease at the Luzycka Office Park complex until 2026. The company is part of Sony Pictures Entertainment, which produces and distributes films and television programs. KGAL Group buys Offices at the Villa for nearly €90 million

Part of Browary Warszawskie, the Office at the Villa building offers more than 15,000 sqm of leasable space. Its name refers to Schiele's Villa, located in the neighborhood. The unusual atmosphere of the place is built by interior design referring to the history of former breweries. The office building offers underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists. Echo Investment, the previous owner of the building, sold the office building for about 86.7 million euros. The buyer of the Offices at the Villa building, KGAL Group, is a company focused on long-term equity investments. Operating throughout Europe, the group is a leading independent investment and asset manager with €11.2 billion under management and €4 billion in administration. Warsaw Breweries, of which the high-rise Offices at the Villa is a part, is a mixed-use complex that includes office buildings, residential buildings, service space, stores, restaurants and public city squares. It is located on a 4.5-acre plot located between Grzybowska, Wronia, Chłodna and Krochmalna streets.

It is one of the largest BPO/SSC companies in Poland. Its core business is to support global processes within the PwC network in the areas of financial audit support, corporate taxes, personal taxes and accounting and HR processes. The .KTW II skyscraper, which is part of the complex located at the Spodek in Katowice, offers 42,000 sqm of space to tenants. The office building has 31 floors above ground, making it the tallest building in the city. The complex will also include retail and service units and an underground parking garage. Construction of the building is expected to be completed in early 2022. The PwC Service Delivery Center, which is part of the PwC consulting firm, will lease about 10,000 sqm of space spread over seven floors. This is because mBank has decided to extend the lease agreement for its largest headquarters in northern Poland. The total area occupied by the bank in the Gdansk building is about 1,500 sqm. Located in the prestigious Young City area, the Tryton Business House complex provides the market with about 25,000 sqm of modern office space. It consists of three buildings. The tallest of them has 11 floors above ground, the other two have 6 floors. Thanks to the presence of a connector, the entire facility can be navigated without having to go outside. During the construction of the office building, located in the vicinity of the Gdansk Shipyard and the European Solidarity Center, many environmentally friendly solutions were used. This is confirmed by the fact that the building was awarded the BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level.

X-Trade Brokers brokerage with new headquarters in Skyliner office building

Skyliner, one of the tallest office buildings in Warsaw, has gained a new tenant. It is X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House. X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House (XTB) will be a new tenant of the Skyliner skyscraper. The company's headquarters will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of space spread over three floors. The move is planned for January 2022. XTB Group is an international provider of financial instruments trading products, services and technology solutions. It was founded in Poland in 2004 and now employs more than 550 people worldwide. In addition to its operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Western Europe, the company is expanding into new markets, including Latin America. The Skyliner office building is located at 67 Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sqm of leasable space, as well as more than 400 parking spaces and 500 bicycle spaces. The office building, at a height of 165 meters, also houses a restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Warsaw.
