The Warsaw-based building provides the market with 10,370 sqm of leasable space spread over eight floors above ground. The building has recently been modernized - the reception area and common areas on all floors have been renovated.

The move is planned for January 2022. XTB Group is an international provider of financial instruments trading products, services and technology solutions. It was founded in Poland in 2004 and now employs more than 550 people worldwide. In addition to its operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Western Europe, the company is expanding into new markets, including Latin America. The Skyliner office building is located at 67 Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sqm of leasable space, as well as more than 400 parking spaces and 500 bicycle spaces. The office building, at a height of 165 meters, also houses a restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Warsaw.
Eiffage Polska Budownictwo S.A. will become the general contractor of the Infinity office building in Wroclaw. The building is expected to be ready in early 2023.
