X-Trade Brokers brokerage with new headquarters in Skyliner office building

Skyliner, one of the tallest office buildings in Warsaw, has gained a new tenant. It is X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House.

X-Trade Brokers Brokerage House (XTB) will be a new tenant of the Skyliner skyscraper. The company's headquarters will occupy more than 4,000 sqm of space spread over three floors. The move is planned for January 2022.

XTB Group is an international provider of financial instruments trading products, services and technology solutions. It was founded in Poland in 2004 and now employs more than 550 people worldwide. In addition to its operations in Central and Eastern Europe and Western Europe, the company is expanding into new markets, including Latin America.

The Skyliner office building is located at 67 Prosta Street in Warsaw's Wola district. The building offers 45,000 sqm of leasable space, as well as more than 400 parking spaces and 500 bicycle spaces. The office building, at a height of 165 meters, also houses a restaurant, which offers a panoramic view of Warsaw.
