Raiffeisen Bank International AG Branch in Poland will move its headquarters to the Monopol office building. The move will take place this fall.
Warsaw's Monopol office building has been chosen to house the Polish branch of Raiffeisen Bank International AG. The institution has leased nearly 1,500 sqm of office space, to which some of its offices will be moved. The Warsaw office building will be used for banking, banking-related and bancassurance activities and support services for them, including IT. The move is planned for autumn 2021.
Located on the site of the historic Vodka Factory, Monopol consists of two office buildings that offer a total of about 22,000 sqm of leasable space. A number of environmentally friendly solutions were used in their construction, as evidenced by the awarding of a BREEAM Interim certificate at the Excellent level. Adjacent to the buildings is the Koneser Prague Center, which combines residential, retail, business and cultural functions.
