Modern solutions will be introduced in the Malta Office Park office complex in Poznań that will improve both the buildings' environmental performance and the comfort of employees.
Changes are coming to Poznan's Malta Office Park complex. The office buildings that make up it will be modernized to improve work comfort, reduce the negative impact on the environment, as well as ensure the highest health safety standards.
Located next to Lake Malta, the complex is powered entirely by energy from renewable sources. Lighting is currently being replaced with energy-efficient lighting, and photovoltaic panels will be installed in the future. Bird nesting boxes and insect houses have been placed in the complex. It is also planned to provide the complex's employees with new amenities, such as an indoor and outdoor gym and a kindergarten for employees' children.
Malta Office Park consists of six independent buildings and provides about 28,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. The complex has obtained a BREEAM In-Use certificate of Very Good, confirming the introduction of green practices, and is currently seeking to obtain a WELL Health and Safety certificate.
