Gdansk Format has gained a new tenant

The IT systems company ERGO Technology & Service has decided to lease an office in the FORMAT building in Gdansk. The new office will have about 6,000 sqm of space.

The FORMAT office building in Gdansk has gained a new tenant. It is ERGO Technology & Services S.A., which develops and implements IT systems and products based on new technologies. The new headquarters of the company, which employs about 1,000 workers, will occupy about 6,000 sqm of space. The lease term will last five years, and the move is scheduled for May 2022.

The FORMAT office building is located on Droszyńskiego Street in the vicinity of the Gdańsk Oliwa railroad station. The building will provide approximately 16,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. Environmentally friendly solutions were used in the construction, as evidenced by the LEED Gold certification. In addition to modern office space, FORMAT will also offer retail and service units and an outdoor sports zone. Tenants will also be provided with 396 parking spaces and bicycle zones. Construction is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2022.
