Construction of the next office building of the New Market complex begins

Construction work has begun on the next building included in the New Market complex. Building E is expected to be ready in the second quarter of 2023.

Construction has started on a new fourteen-story office building that is part of Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex. Building E will offer about 28,500 sqm of rentable office space. In addition, 234 parking spaces will be available to tenants. The design of the office building was prepared by the JEMS Architekci studio. Construction is scheduled to be completed in May 2023. Building E will be located at the intersection of Wierzbięcice and Matya streets, 111 meters from Building D, which is under construction.

The Nowy Rynek complex is being built in the Wilda district of Poznań. It will consist of five buildings with different functionalities. Nowy Rynek will provide approximately 60,000 sqm of office space and 20,000 sqm of residential space. Eventually, employees and residents of the complex will be given a central marketplace connecting all buildings, which will include green islands, a fountain, small architecture and vegetation.
