Nowy Rynek is a modern, multifunctional complex located in the heart of the city, adjacent to the main railroad station. The multi-phase development consists of 5 buildings and serves several functions: office, hotel, residential and retail. The project has no shortage of well-thought-out places that foster integration, which include a central city square, green oases of relaxation with elements of small architecture, and shopping arcades. The goal of the investors was to create a new urban market, that is, a space available to everyone for meetings, recreation and entertainment. Building D has 14 floors above ground and is located in the corner of the plot at the intersection of Wierzbięcice and Wujka streets. The total area of the building is approximately 33,400 sqm, and the area of a typical floor is over 2,100 sqm. The office building offers very attractive and functional offices and retail and service premises on the first floor, including cafes and restaurants. It is distinguished by its modern architecture with significant glazing and an interior courtyard. The building has a cascading body that allows for separate terraces. The high standard of finishes, the use of environmentally friendly solutions, the possibility of flexible space arrangement and optimal access to daylight, provide comfortable working conditions. Building D is applying for LEED certification and "Building without barriers". Underground parking spaces and infrastructure for cyclists are available to tenants. The Nowy Rynek complex is located surrounded by parks on the border of the Wilda and Old Town districts, at one of the most important intersections in the city. Within walking distance is the Old Brewery - a well-known center of commerce, education and art. A little farther away is the site of the Poznan International Fair, university campuses and Poznan's Old Market Square. Its location in the very center allows you to take full advantage of the city's retail, service, dining, cultural and hotel offerings. The vibrant neighborhood provides inspiration and motivation for action, and is also a place for business and social meetings. The location allows efficient transportation, both by public and private transport. Numerous bus and streetcar stops are nearby, as well as the Poznań Główny train station. It takes less than 20 minutes to reach Poznan-Ławica Airport by car.
