MVGM is the manager of the office building Nowy Rynek D in Poznań

Poznan's Nowy Rynek D office building, owned by Eastnine AB of Sweden, has gained a new manager. As of now, it is MVGM.

The Nowy Rynek D office building is a Poznan building that was completed in June 2021. It was originally owned by Skanska, but was sold to Eastnine AB in May this year. The new owner has already selected a manager for its building. It will be MVGM.

New Market D is part of a larger office complex in Poznań, which will eventually consist of five buildings with a total area of more than 100,000 sqm. Building D provides about 39,000 sqm of leasable space to the local market and is already almost fully commercialized. The main tenant of the office building is Allegro, whose office has taken up about 26,000 sqm.
