Another office building in Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex has received a use permit. Building D will offer about 39,000 sqm of leasable space.
Building D, which is part of Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex, has received a use permit. This has increased the office space available in the capital of Greater Poland by 39,000 sqm. Designed by the Medusa Group studio, the building has 14 floors above ground. The first floor of the office building includes retail and service space.
The Nowy Rynek complex is located in the center of Poznań, adjacent to the main railroad station. Ultimately, it will consist of five buildings with a total area of more than 100,000 sqm. Together with Office Building D, a public courtyard, which is a public space, has also been put into use. The complex will serve office, hotel, residential and retail functions.
