One of the office buildings in the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań has changed hands. A sales agreement was signed between Skanska and Eastnine AB. The transaction was for €121 million.
Changes on the Poznan office market. An agreement was recently signed for the sale of one of the office buildings belonging to the Nowy Rynek complex, specifically Building D. The office building was previously owned by Skanska, but has now gone into the hands of the Swedish company Eastnine AB. The building was sold for 121 million euros.
Nowy Rynek D is part of a mixed-use complex of five buildings under construction in Poznań. The office building for the local market provides about 39,000 sqm of Class A workspace. The building has earned a number of certifications, including the WELL Health-Safety Rating and Barrier-Free Facility, and is still seeking more, such as LEED Core & Shell and WELL Core & Shell. Throughout the complex, there will be space for offices, as well as for hotel and residential units and retail and service outlets.
