Allegro is changing its corporate headquarters after 8 years. One of the most popular online shopping platforms in Poland has moved to building D belonging to the Nowy Rynek complex in Poznań. The new tenant has over 26,000 sqm of office space at its disposal. The lease agreement with the company is one of the largest transactions on the Polish market in recent years.
Poznan's Nowy Rynek complex consists of five buildings with a total area of 100,000 sqm. Building D, which has become Allegro's new headquarters, was commissioned in Q2 2021 and offers approximately 39,000 sqm of space to tenants. Medusa Group studio is responsible for the architectural design of the complex, which is an investment by Skanska.
