Phoenix Contact, an international leader in the electrification, networking and automation industry, has chosen this modern building for its next headquarters. The building will house a modern Shared Services Center, and up to 130 people will find work there. The tenant will have about 1,350 sqm of office space at its disposal.
Nowy Rynek D is a Poznan modern office building owned by Eastnine AB. The building is part of a larger complex that will eventually offer a total of more than 100,000 sqm of office and retail space. The D office building alone provides about 39,000 sqm of Class A workspace to the local market. The building has received a number of certifications, including a WELL Health-Safety Rating and a Barrier-Free Facility, and is applying for more, such as LEED Core & Shell and WELL Core & Shell.
