An important BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level has been awarded to the Skyliner skyscraper located in Warsaw's Wola district.
The Skyliner office building, the second tallest building in Warsaw, has been awarded a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The certificate attests to the use of many environmentally friendly solutions, such as an energy-efficient system of high-speed elevators with regenerative drive and automatic outdoor lighting switched off at night. The office building was designed by the APA Wojciechowski studio in accordance with the idea of sustainable development. As assured by the general contractor, Warbud S.A., procedures limiting the negative impact on the environment were applied already at the construction stage.
The 195-meter-tall Skyliner office building provides 45,000 sqm of leasable space to the market. The building is located in Warsaw's Wola district in the Central Business District. It offers 440 parking spaces to its tenants, as well as bicycle infrastructure that includes showers, locker rooms and parking spaces.
